The Inbound AV team returns to NAMM this January prepared to offer new insights into the state of digital marketing in 2020.

The NAMM-U idea center, responsible for the annual collection and distribution of marketing best practices from experts across the globe, features free educational sessions to aid in all facets of business growth. Our team is proud to announce this year that two such presentations, containing valuable instruction for marketing professionals, designers and entrepreneurs looking to polish their online presence, will be delivered by veterans of the 2019 NAMM Show — Inbound AV founder and CEO Peter Malick and lead Inbound AV designer Madison Revell.

Malick will address the most common roadblocks facing brands and businesses new to the online marketplace, and how these obstacles can be overcome with a mix of ingenuity and readily-available marketing tools. Additionally, Malick will outline a case study in independent music retail and discuss maintaining a competitive advantage through marketing practices proven to be most effective for small-to-medium sized businesses.

Catch Malick’s presentation “5 Reasons Your Online Marketing Isn’t Working — and How to Fix It” live on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11:30-12pm in the ACC, Level 1, Lobby, NAMM Idea Center.

Like Malick, Revell returns to NAMM armed with solutions to the most common concerns faced by marketing professionals. Revell plans to follow up last year’s topic of choice — correcting common web content and layout issues — with a special presentation on increasing customer engagement through innovative design. Tune in to learn how best to resolve high bounce rates and low sales numbers by restoring your brand’s visual flair, positively influencing customer behavior through the magic of a user-friendly interface.

Revell will detail these design solutions in her presentation “How to Keep Customers Engaged With Your Website” on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 12-12:30pm in the ACC, Level 1, Lobby, NAMM Idea Center.
