Inbound AV is a digital marketing agency. We specialize in website design and development. We are, also, a HubSpot Partner.The Account Manager (AM) is the primary Point of Contact (POC) with the customer. He/she is responsible for understanding and knowing the difference between customer wants, needs, expectations and essential requirements. The AM is then able to define project scope, the deliverables and price these to gain a formal Statement of Work (SOW) with the customer. The AM is then responsible for communicating the essential project requirements in the SOW to the selected Project Manager (PM) to maximize the value of the product resulting from work of the Development Team. The AM clearly expresses project backlog elements to ensure with PM that the Backlog will best achieve deliverables and intended purpose.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This is a 1099 – Contractor position.  You will start out as part time and must have the ability to move into full time work should we be a good fit.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Client Success and customers to develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Partners with other IAV leadership to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
  • Works with the PM to define the user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Account Manager Qualifications / Skills:

  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Must have excellent English verbal and writing skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

What you bring to the role:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Project/Account Management.
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, and iterative development.
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, E-Commerce solutions are a plus.
