Day-to-day tasks include consulting on CRM and CX projects and proposing solutions aligned with client goals, business requirements, and processes. The Sr. HubSpot specialist strategizes and implements marketing, sales, and service processes. They are also proficient with automation programs and working on improving, or configuring, complex technology solutions.
The Sr. HubSpot Specialist is involved in integration projects and works closely with other Inbound AV team members, aiding in the completion and delivery of projects to clients. The HubSpot Specialist provides reporting and insights to the team, ensuring integrated reporting across tech solutions.
The Sr. HubSpot Specialist maintains and updates their knowledge of new technology features, products, and updates to existing features, keeping Inbound AV informed of any changes or updates.

Experience
Experience 2+ years of HubSpot use and experience in a consulting/specialist role working with clients.
Strategy
A solid understanding of Inbound Marketing/Customer Experience Marketing to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation, with experience using marketing methodologies and practices.
Technical Knowledge
Understanding and ability to grasp our technology stack i.e. HubSpot, Asana, Slack, G-Suite, Excel. Common HubSpot integrations such as GoToWebinar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, Zoom, WordPress, Stripe, PandaDoc, DocuSign, Quickbooks, etc.
