With HubSpot constantly working to improve their platform, the CRM company has just rolled out new features available for Sales and Service Hubs. Their latest work with these SaaS products focuses on increasing functionality of their Professional tier subscription.
So, what’s new for Sales Hub and Service Hub Professional, as of May 2022? Playbooks, call transcription & coaching, and inbound calling are all now available at the professional tier.
Playbooks
This tool will allow you to organize resource material easily through recipe-like templates, compiling information at any time without the need for separate files or too much space taken up within your account. This can also help stay organized on all your sales and service related protocols and best practice–perfect during those hectic weeks when there is always more coming down the pipeline but not enough hours in the day!
With playbooks, you can create a library of information that you can then easily share with your team, directly within the HubSpot CRM.
Playbooks for Sales & Service Hub Professional allow you to:
- Create up to 5 playbooks
- Embed notes fields in playbooks
- Surface playbooks inside the CRM
Call Transcription & Coaching
Utilize automatic recording and transcription for calls to gain real-time insights on your customer service calls.
